I went to New Jersey on a trip, and I was at Woodbridge Mall. I was so amazed to find a Nigerian restaurant. The food was fresh and authentic. The service was excellent. The quantity of food was way more than what I paid for it. The smile was so warm and welcoming. I will visit again. the service was top-notch.

The jollof rice was very good, with a mild smokiness and good flavor from the peppers. The price I paid was a little high for the portion ($15+tax). Service was friendly and took maybe 10 minutes from placing my order to being ready. The menu on grubhub is much easier to read because it was challenging using their paper menu and sign board in store. Ambiance inside was antiquated but okay. Clearly a to go place even inside the Woodbridge mall on a busy Saturday.

As a nigerian! Wow! As in! Wow! I am so proud of this place. Felt like I was walking into my moms kitchen. The restaurant is located in Woodbridge center mall so beware when looking for it. If you're going to pickup, park by lord and taylor and it's on the first floor. Service is beautiful. They were not out of anything (like most nigerian restaurants, the full menu is not always available) but everything I asked for here, I received. The egusi was sooooo good. Perfect amount of spice the pounded yam/iyan was the perfect consistency. My mom had ayamase stew and loved it she just wanted more meat (next time we'll ask). All in all. You know I'll be back! Can't wait to try other things.
